We are offering a substantial reward for information leading to the apprehension of the man/men or woman/women that committed the cruel act of wrapping a dogs muzzle with barbed wire and hanging it. This animal was found dead at the Coldwater Reserve, Merritt, BC. Please contact Angel's Animal Rescue or Merritt RCMP to report any information you may have in regards to this incident. If you have information pertaining to other animal cruelty acts please call Angel's Animal Rescue, the RCMP or the SPCA.
